Quote requests

A form submission is a request for review, not a binding purchase agreement. Any indication given before full vehicle and ownership details are confirmed may be revised if the description is incomplete, inaccurate or materially different from the vehicle presented.

Your information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, vehicle, condition, ownership, location and access information. Tell the team about missing parts, finance or security interests, serious damage, whether the vehicle starts, and any driveway, gate, parking or safety constraint that could affect collection.

Authority to sell

You must be the legal owner or have clear authority to sell and release the vehicle. Identification and evidence of ownership or authority may be required before a handover is completed.

Collection

A collection time is not final until confirmed by the team. Availability depends on location, access, vehicle condition and operational capacity. Remove personal belongings and items you intend to keep before the vehicle is released.

Offers and payment

You remain free to decline an offer before a transaction is agreed. The final handover and payment method should be confirmed directly with Max Removal. The website does not calculate or guarantee a vehicle value.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, submit information about a vehicle you are not authorised to sell, attempt to disrupt the website or upload unlawful content. Enquiries that appear misleading, abusive or unsafe may be declined.
